The tournament is 100% mobile ticket-entry; printouts of tickets will not be accepted at the gates. It is highly recommended to add your tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet prior to arriving at the course. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

1. Pull up your Ticketmaster confirmation email on your phone to add the tickets to your mobile wallet.
2. Click Manage Tickets.
3. Log in to Ticketmaster.
4. Select View Tickets.
5. Select Add to Wallet.

Already bought tickets? Log into Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager.

2. Sign in or create an account.

4. Select “Transfer Tickets.”
5. Select which tickets to transfer and click “Continue.”
6. Add a new recipient by entering in first name, last name and email address and select Add Recipient.
7. Click Review Transfer.
8. Add a message to recipient if you like. Click Transfer Tickets.

If someone has transferred tickets to you, following the instructions below to accept the tickets and add them to your account and mobile wallet.

1. Open the email notification you received and click “Accept Tickets.” It’s best to view this on your mobile phone to seamlessly add the ticket(s) to your mobile wallet.
2. If you did not receive an email, visit Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Managerand click “Manage Tickets.”
3. Sign in or create an account.
4. Accept the ticket transfer offer that appears inside your account. From here, you can view your tickets.

1. Log into Ticketmaster Account Manager by clicking on “Manage Tickets” in your ticket email confirmation or by visiting the Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager, and selecting “Manage Tickets.”
2. Click “View Event Details.”
3. Select desired ticket(s) and a SafeTix rotating barcode will display. If you have multiple tickets, swipe side-to-side to see all your barcodes.
4. Select “Add to Wallet” for iOS devices or “Save to Phone” for Android devices.
5. Select whether you want to add all passes (if applicable) or just one pass.

Present the SafeTix rotating barcode(s) on your mobile device to be scanned at the tournament entrance. Screenshots will not be accepted.

If you have tickets to a hospitality venue, you will need to present your barcode at the check-in tent of your respective venue to gain access.
