There will be no on-site sales at the Black Desert Championship. All tickets must be purchased ahead of time by visiting blackdesertevents.com.
Do children need a pass?

No, through the generous support of Bank of Utah, each adult general grounds pass includes complimentary access for up to two children under the age of 16. This offer applies to general grounds passes only – must present a valid adult pass at the entrance to receive complimentary children’s admission. Children 2 and under do not require passes.
For access to any of the hospitality venues, children ages 3 – 15 do need a venue-specific pass while children 2 and under 2 years old are free.
What does a grounds pass give me access to?

A daily grounds pass allows you access to the golf course where you can walk the holes and follow your favorite pro! Parking at Tech Ridge is included. No food or drink is included with a grounds pass.
What do the hospitality tickets give me access to?

All three hospitality options include a premium lunch, snacks and alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.

There are no discounted ticket offers for the Black Desert Championship. There are specially priced youth passes available for fans ages 3 – 15.
What if I have trouble accessing my passes when I get to the tournament?

If you are having trouble accessing your passes, please see the ticket resolution contact located at the entrance gates for assistance.
Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry will be permitted at the Utah Steel gate for the sole purpose of accessing the Pro Shop. Spectators must scan their ticket upon exiting and scan again when re-entering. All spectators will need to go back through security screening when re-entering.
I bought the wrong day and want to exchange; how can I do that?

I’m seeing a “technical difficulty” or other error message on buy screen when I try to buy passes. What’s wrong?

For accessible parking options, please contact the tournament office at (385) 503-3539 or tickets@blackdesertevents.com. Mobility assistance shuttles will be available on course to bring spectators to designated stops. Please refer to the course map for the shuttle route.
What time do parking lots open/close?

Parking lots will be open from 8am to 7pm every day of the tournament.
If I ride my bicycle, where can I park?

Fans are encouraged to consider alternative transportation options like walking or bicycling and utilizing the trails along Snow Canyon Parkway and Pioneer Parkway that lead to Championship entrances. There is secure, complimentary bicycle parking located at both tournament entrances. Fans are encouraged to ride their e-bikes or traditional bikes. Don’t forget to bring your bike lock.
Please note, those who park at Bicycle Parking off Snow Canyon Parkway must secure a free pass in advance. To obtain your bicycle parking pass, click here.
I'm getting dropped off. Where is the best location?

Can I drive my personal golf cart to the course?

No. Outside golf carts are not permitted on Black Desert property. We encourage our friends from Santa Clara and Ivins to walk and ride bicycles to the Championship.
I bought passes, but never received a confirmation email. How do I get my passes?

Your email may be blocked from receiving emails from Ticketmaster, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still do not see your confirmation, please login to your tournament account by clicking here using the email you used to purchase and see if you can view your passes there. Once you do, click “Manage Passes,” and proceed to follow directions to Add to Mobile Wallet.
I can’t see my passes using the Ticketmaster App – where are they?

Please go to the Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager home page to login, view, and manage your tickets. Please note that you will only be able to view your mobile pass barcodes and add your passes to Wallet by logging in via smartphone.
How do I transfer passes to someone else?

- Click “Manage Tickets” in your ticket confirmation email or visit the Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager home page.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Select “Manage Passes.”
- Select “Transfer.”
- Select which passes to transfer and click “Next.”
- Add a new recipient by entering in first name, last name, and email address and click Add.
- Select Transfer, then Done.
- Recipients will receive an email notification with the passes and once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Does the person I’m transferring passes to need a Ticketmaster Account Manager account?

Yes. When they click the “Accept Tickets” button in the email they receive, they will be prompted to either set up an account or log in to their existing account.
How will I know my pass transfer was received?

You will see a confirmation notice on your screen after clicking “Transfer.” You will also receive an email notification that the passes were sent. Once your recipient accepts, you’ll receive a second email notifying you.
Once I transfer passes, can my recipient transfer them on to another person?

Yes, anyone can transfer passes. Once a pass has been accepted, the ownership transfers from your account to their account.
What if I find out one of my friends cannot attend after I have transferred them a pass?

We recommend they not accept the pass unless they are sure they can attend, but if they do need to cancel have them transfer the pass back or onward to the next guest.
Can I have multiple passes on the same phone?

Yes, but it’s simplest to transfer a pass to each attendee to streamline the entry process at the gates.
What happens if my family or friend doesn’t have a smart phone?

It is important that you still transfer the pass to their preferred email address, AND that they accept the transfer. If this step is taken, we can assist them on the day-of at our on-site ticket service locations at the 16th Tee and Resort Entrances. Please note, there may be a wait.
How do I add passes to my mobile wallet?

- On your smartphone, visit the Black Desert Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager home page and sign in to your account.
- Click “Manage Tickets”
- Select “View Event Details” on the day you wish to add to your wallet
- Select a ticket you wish to add to your wallet
- Click the Add to Wallet button that will populate below the rotating barcode.
Please note that if you do not see the “Add to Wallet” button below the barcode, your text size or zoom settings on your phone may prevent the button from populating. Try rotating your phone sideways or decreasing the text/zoom settings on your phone and try again.
I don’t have a smartphone, can I just print the passes and bring to the gates?

No, the tournament is 100% mobile-entry. If you do not have a smartphone, you’ll need to visit the Ticket Services tent at either the 16th Tee or Resort Entrance where staff can assist you. Please note, there may be a wait at peak times of the day.
Can I take a screenshot of my passes/QR code?

We will have Ticket Services to assist with any ticketing question. Since we are 100% digital, there are no physical passes to pick up or drop off.
What is Ticketmaster Account Manager?

Account Manager is part of the Ticketmaster family. Since fans to the Black Desert Championship can have tickets to multiple days of the tournament, Account Manager allows for ticket coordination across the four-day tournament. It is used commonly for sporting events.
What kind of purse or backpack can I bring in?

- Backpacks (except for the drawstring variety typically carried by children) and oversize bags (except for diaper bags when an infant/young child is present)
- Golf clubs
- Cameras, camcorders or video cameras (except during practice rounds for personal photographic use only, and only without their cases)
- Noise producing devices
- Cases and/or covers (such as umbrella and folding chair covers)
- Computers, laptops, laser pointing devices, radios or TVs
- Pets (other than service animals)
- Fireworks/explosives
- Aerosol cans and bottles
- Oversize chairs/lawn chairs
- Bicycles
- Ladders or similar devices
- Metal-spiked golf shoes
- Any material constituting unauthorized advertising/promotions
- Unmanned aircrafts (drones, etc.)
- Illegal substances
- All food and/or drinks unless necessary to treat a medical condition or infant needs
- Flags and/or banners large enough to obstruct views of the competition
- Anything that can be used as a weapon (firearms, knives or weapons of any nature – regardless of permit)
- Any other items deemed unlawful, dangerous, inappropriate, or disruptive by the LPGA and/or tournament site security personnel, in their sole discretion.
Can I bring a chair into the tournament?

You are allowed to bring pop-up chairs and stools but without its carrying bag. No lawn chairs or step stools allowed.
Can I bring a bottle of water?

Fans may bring in a maximum of two factory-sealed, bottled waters that are 16.9oz or less into the tournament. Fans may also bring in reuseable plastic or metal cups/bottles that are empty upon entry and exit and cannot hold more than 32oz. Water filling stations will be available around the course.
